David Atkins is CEO at 3adesign, phrame and Icotest, where he leads engineering teams creating products across the media, broadcast and telecom sectors. Previously he helped found Screen Subtitling systems and created the first image based subtitling system s and then went on to found Suitcase TV where he pioneered digital compliance recording, distributed MAM storage and processing architectures as well as software based live production tools.
