Hailing from India, Nikhil studied software engineering at the University of Waterloo. He dropped out to found Superpowered, a productivity startup that was backed by YC and raised $2M from Kleiner Perkins. After scaling Superpowered to profitability, he decided to move on and solve a harder technical problem. VAPI aims to make computers talk as naturally as people do.
