In this paper, we delve into our use of FFMPEG, augmenting it with plugin input and output formats alongside RDMA integration to facilitate seamless scaling with minimal latency across cloud computing infrastructures. Furthermore, we explore the utilization of WebRTC for real-time control, ensuring low-latency communication systems.
